Overview

At KR Jyotish, your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Rudraksha beads or service, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your Rudraksha beads or other products must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In their original packaging, with all certificates and documentation intact.
  • Returned with a receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

 

Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their sacred and customized nature, including:

  • Services: All consultations and services are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made or personalized items: Any Rudraksha beads that have been customized or personalized specifically for a customer, such as a custom mala or bracelet.
  • Energized or consecrated beads: Due to their spiritual significance, Rudraksha beads that have been specifically energized or consecrated for an individual cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards.

 

Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, if approved by KR Jyotish staff.

 

Refunds

  • Inspection and approval: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank and credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at {krjyotishllc@gmail.com}.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at {krjyotishllc@gmail.com}.

Gifts

  • Gift credit: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.
  • Original purchaser: If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

 

Return shipping

  • Customer responsibility: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deduction from refund: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking and insurance: If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
